We are committed to employing operatives of the highest calibre with all trainees and prospective employees closely supervised by senior tradesmen prior to becoming full-time members of staff. Working closely with dedicated project managers, who liaise with other contractors and site managers in a professional manner, ensuring the smooth running of all our installations. It is our company policy that all operatives hold CSCS cards.

At JPR Tiling we take a leading role in developing site awareness of health and safety issues, from training courses, the production of method statements, COSSH and risk assessments and conveying important information to on-site operatives, ensuring that all procedures are strictly adhered to and recorded. In recognition to our commitment to quality and health & safety, JPR Tiling has achieved Achilles Building Confidence Level 4. JPR Tiling retain the external health and safety services of The Health and Safety People (THSP) who regularly audit us and provide year round support and
advice along with carrying out site safety audits

Using the latest software we are able to provide our clients with detailed M40 specifications that comply with BS & ISO standards.

At JPR Tiling our management team are familiar with various project management systems such as BIW and DOME allowing us to work effectively with online CAD drawings, specifications and RFI’s as well as completing online O&M’s.

We are committed to keeping all Management Systems under constant review in order to continuously improve our service. All staff at JPR Tiling are encouraged to take an active role in identifying possible improvements to our service offering from the ground up which promotes an attention to detail and quality service provision at all levels.
